Bingo
is held every Tuesday and Wednesday evening, except on Jewish holidays, from
7:45 until shortly after 10 PM. It is a significant Synagogue fund raiser
while providing players with the opportunity to spend an enjoyable evening
with the chance of winning prizes where the minimum total payout is $1,000
each evening. Food is served during a break, as well as before the games
begin.
Our Bingo committee is
always looking for Congregation members to volunteer to work the games. This
involves food service (purchase, preparation and selling), selling of game
sheets, calling the games, verification of winners, and purchase of
supplies. In compliance with New Jersey regulations, all of those involved
in conducting the games are volunteer members of the Congregation.
